Back again in blog I,today is one day in the last week before final. Today i
came in campus at 07.10 and arrived at 07.40. After that we prepare for enter
the kitchen, before we was do checking presence and then we put the bag in the
locker. After that we oneline and got a explain from Mr. jayadi about menu
today is menu rotasi 2.1. Today my group got a section apptizer is
chinese spinach and peanut salad.
Today we was prepared ingredient is spinach and peanut. For spinach we just
clean and keep it on chiller. After that we clean a peanut, the peanut just
fried until mature. And then we roast ginger and garlic for dressing
tomorrow. the ingredient that we prepared for dressing like a sugar, salt,
sesamed and sesamed oil.
After that we made a sunny set up and turn over which chef Aldino commad, we
