Back again in blog I today is second day in second week we practical after mid
test, today i want to tell about activity in the kitchen until back to
home. Today i came in the campus at 08.00 am and arrived at 07.40, after
we arrived we prepared to enter into the kitchen and after that we do checking
tools and we put bag in the locker. End then we oneline in the cold
kitchen for got a little direction from senior.
After that we do practical, the first my group made a sauce for pisang
ijo, before we prepared all ingredient like a rice flour, sugar,
water, coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt. The first we mix water and coconut
milk, end then we Put into the sauce pan then we put a rice flour and
sugar and then we put a pandan leaves after that we stir until smooth and the
last we put a salt
After that we prepared
ingrediant for miso soup to practical tomorrow like a slice lek, after finish
we made again sauce for pisang ijo, which we do same like a prepared
before and for step same too. Today i got a kupon for table manner, there
i got a comment about food today, food today is tasty, after that we
start for general cleaning end then we break and we oneline for got a explain from
sir. Jayadi and then we got a again expalin from sir. Ichal after
that we pray for back to home.
