Halo Guys

Back again in blog I, today we will do the the final test. My group today will serve a thailand food. Before doing we oneline, then we distributed section according to the draw taken. At first i in the Soup section but because there is no one in the Main course section and to much people in Soup, so we divide into 2 in the Main course section and 3 in the main course section. I can be in the Main course section. To start we first remove the frozen material from the frezzer. And start cooking at 13.00. So, I went back to the Home and at 12.30 I returned to the kitchen


At 12.30 I went back to the kitchen to practice. But because there are not yet come so we wait and start the practice late. The first thing I did was prepare the ingredients for the Main Course.

After that I Marinet Chicken breast and Shrimp

                           
After that I Grill Eggplant

Today we are assisted by group 2. So our work is faster than just two of us.


Finish with soup we start plating.  Done with plating, we are asked to explain one by one to the office. After that we break the fast together with ADH too. After the break fast we do general cleaning together after that break for a while, then oneline and there is a briefing from the chef after that we go home.
