 Hello Gusy

       Today is day first in Sunday first after MID test, Today I come to campus hour 07:30 and to hour 07:55 after that we wait all senior that incarge then we ready for to kitchen.After that we do it examination equipment and appearance we.after that we online in front mini library for do examination vgetable knife.After that we wait chef Aldino with get explanation about kitchen from Mr ical in explanation we get science abaut use salt moment toasting beef that salt in use moment while customer because if in use previous then from on beef  the exit and make beef  the be hard.
       While that chef aldino come and we get explan abaut menu 2.4 ( Cook jepang ) . grup I get part main course that is sushi .we do preparation teriyaki sauce, batayaki sauce, boil octopus and shrimp. I make teriyaki sauce with ingredient Kikkoman,sugar,honey,mirin and sesameseed. That first we do it is set up engridient and then we measure it ,both we sangrei eliminate alcohol after that we input Kikkoman,sugar and honey.then we boil and last  enter sesamseed.
        After that we make batayaki sauce with ingridien butter.tokatsu .honey,Kikkoman tomato ketchup and water that first in do it is melting butter then put in all engridient that already put up that boil.after all preparation done we do general lcleaning, and after we break for less more 1 hour and back to kitchen for watch filem from chef aldino,after that we online for pray and we even return.
