Dialy Report ( inggris version )


Come back again to my blog and hello again guys hehehe.... practical today is prepare for open resto guys in kitchen as usualy we one line , listening refferals by chef and semester four and prepare for open resto we group two get section appetizer with menu is macedoine of vegetable mayonaise

Yesterday we are prepare already in my daily report 6 or yesterday i has explain how to make macedoine of vegetable and how to make mayonaise and today we only plating for open resto at 12:00 o'clock hehehe

Okay after open resto at 13:00 o'clock my group get section make dessert with menu bikang ambon how to make bikang ambon :

-Prepare all ingredients and utentils make by:
Egg , Sugar , Coconut Oil , Flour , Yeast , Pandan Flavour 
-After prepare mix egg with sugar until expands


-After expands add flour and mix again 
-After mix put yeast , pandan flavour and mix again

-After mix add coconut oil and mix again until expands again


-After mix proofing that at two hours until expands again


-After expands put the dough in shit pan for bake at 160 C at 30 minutes or after golden brown

Prepare for open resto tomorrow already complete ... after prepare we come back one line and ready for general cleaning... okay guys thank you so much for visit and reading my daily activity see you again guys ....
