Back again in blog I today is second
day in one week after Mid test. Today i came in kitchen at 07.40 am and
arrived at 07.50. After that we do prepare for sign in the kitchen, end then we
do checking tools and grooming. End then we oneline front mini library for
explain about prepare yesterday. After that we get explain from chef Aldino
about menu rotasi 2.1 and my group get section soup is traditional egg drop
soup.
After that we made a cooked rice with a
ingredient is japanese rice, rice vinegar, salt and sugar ( can use
a mirin ). After that we do prepare for made a chinese stock is ginger,
chicken, garlic and leg and we boil chicken until destroyed and
strain. After finis we seed chef Aldino about how to made a sushi.

tobiko, then behind before roll up. The three is temaki,
first Prepare nori and give tobiko, crab steak and cucumber after that
roll up. And the last is gunkan, first shape a oval after that roll with nori
and gived with tobiko in the on top. After that iam do table manner, and
there is iam got a commend about late a out food becauce this is the first iam
made a sushi. After that we do general cleaning and we break, after that
we oneline for pray and back to home.
