day this is that most no nice because chinese stock that we create broken and we make again,after events this we directly set up engridients manufacture chinese stock that is chicken,ginger,garlig and leg after this chef aldino ordered we for online for explain menu tomorrow that is slice cucumber and slice shallot then we set up save it on chiller,after this chef aldino ask i for set up all engridient for manufacture soup in above table working.
after this grup I make soup, that frist we saute garlic then sign in meat chopped then stirring to color meat changed ,that second we sign in chinese stock agian asparagus after this boil then sign in cronstrach,then given taste with salt and pepper then last sign in crab stick,hour 12:00 we open restoran grup I part soup already I walking open restoran I petrified friend I in the food checker,moment still open restoran I start gineral cleaning on part that already done aut food after open restoran finish we directly general cleaning on part table working and continue on part floor after this we break and wait time to go home.
