13th 2018 is day four sign in kitchen, practical today is prepare indonesian
breakfast or buffet for open resto at 10.30am. as usual we one line at 8.00
o'clock and incharge by semester four. while we one line chef faisal come for
give referrals for all.
After listening refferals by chef faisal we respectively of section and my group get section make
porridge and make juice but i get make porridge hehehe ... but before that i helping my friend to make soy sauce for porridge composed by :
- soya sauce
- chili

galangal and garlic
after chop i and my friend make porridge how to make porridge :
-Prepare all ingredients composed by : chicken stock , chicken , rice , garlic , ginger ,galangal ,sesame oil ,salt and pepper

-Chop the ginger , garlic and galangal
-Saute the ginger , garlic and galangal until smell good
-Heat chicken stock until boil and input rice and stir that
-Put the saute chop into stockpot and stir again
-After that blend the porridge until smooth eh no very smooth heheehe
-After that cook until boil, put the chicken and stir again
-Simmer that and give salt and pepper
-After simmer cooling that and give
sesame oil
